This was left in the Public Records folder:
"My name is Collin O'Bryan, and in trying time, people expect, and deserve, leaders to rise to the occasion, and I humbly attempt to do so witht he following words. Now, (pause) we all know of the current situation of P-Ville, and we all know those problems are rooted in Period 3. And we all know, whether we want to admit or not, that in recent times, many of P-Ville's decisive matters are also, in fact, rooted in Period 3.
Now, (pause) I, like you, and fellow P-Villians, are aware of the uniqueness, are aware of the history of P-Ville. I saw aware of the traditions long before being here, when my elder brother was an active member of P-Ville, when we were all wandering the playgrounds of Jefferson or Bert Lynne.
I recall my brother at dinner, sharing some of his wonderful tales of his adventures in P-Ville, and I was thinking and hoping, for what my time might be like in the future.
Well, (pause) the future is now. And I ask you my fellow P-Villians, are you sitting htere like me? Thinking, "This is wrong. We are not on the right path. We are not making use of our limited time here."
To rectify (fix) our mishaps in P-Ville, we must stop, take a few steps back, look around, assess our wrong ways, and take a different course. And having done this, I would like to propose a new course to you, now. It is a path that all of us can walk from here until June, and then we can depart, and we depart forever, never again to have this combination of humanity assembled like so.
So, what will it be? These dying days of March, will we have a new Spring? Will the constant bickering stop? Will a unity emerge and flourish? And will it flourish beyond Period 3? With all Periods of P-Ville? Or will it continue on this cold and empty course of divisiveness, hatred, and worthlessness?
My P-Villians, that is the course we are on! And it is the course we must depart from, just as the light of Spring departs from the dead of Winter.
And so, with the change of seasons, comes the change of P-Ville. Join me, in this change to end the winter weariness of leadership, as I call for a plebiscite, a vote for confidence. I stand before you to ask this simple question, "Do you lack the confidence in the leadership of Period 3 and wish to dissolve it? And ultimately seek new leadeship?""
The orginal document will return to the Public Records for anyone to read.
